How to release depression


Hi guys in this era lot of people fill depression with their live. in this chance I want to share about how to release depression that some time come to attack us. before I continue to the  trick I want to explain why depression come. depression come to someone live because so many trouble  in their live from carrier ,family ,love all of that just a little bit from lot of resource cause depression. ok guys here are the ways to solve depression problem by meditation

1. slow but sure
     do meditation slowly but continuously ten to thirty minutes in a day
2.enough a rest, healthy food, sport
    our body need big power to do lot of activity in a day so we need all of above.
3.express your emotion
    express your emotion when you fill sad, angry, happy and so on because they can release all your burdan in your mind
4.chose positive activities or make relation with positive energy
   doing positive action give different experience for your mental condition
5. leave the rutinity
    although you have to do rutinity activities for a temporally leave it and do when your condition begin to better
6.do meditation
    try to do meditation relakation breath ,muscle or other technik that give you rilex
7. read book
    read book about how to manage emossion
8.ask for help
    you have to open with your close friend share how to solve your problem
9. therapy
     to do therapy you must know your need about it
10.find right medicine
      medicine can help you better then therapy so find the right medicine to solve your depression.
